Documenting Stories
of Change

Like a mirror, my presence and carefully crafted questions invite people to see and hear themselves in a new way.  As they share experiences, we identify their accomplishments, strengths, and areas to be improved.  Together, we use these insights to plan a path forward and to share their lessons learned with others.

Grounding Content in the Lives of Users

No one wants to be told what to do – especially by someone who doesn’t “get it”.  Stories and quotes -- whether from a living room, classroom or community agency – help readers see themselves in my writing making it more likely they will decide to adopt an idea to help them be even more effective on behalf of the child(ren) in their lives.
